River Bend Links is a par 72, 6,900-yard masterpiece featuring lakes, sand, grass bunkers and strategically placed mounds. We are a Scottish link-style course. The name alone conjures images of a wind-swept treeless terrain, and that is exactly what guests see during a round at River Bend Links. Golf course architect Clyde Johnston describes his River Bend Links course as "a field of dunes." Clyde transformed this cotton field into a marvelous Scottish links-style course. Built next to the Mississippi River where a bounty of animals still inhabit the area, during the round you may see a deer, fox, or wild turkey.
